GP Patient Surveys
Patient feedback is important to us and helps us to constantly review / improve our services, so there are numerous opportunities for patients to provide this, as follows:
National GP Patient Survey
Each year, NHS England conduct a national GP patient survey and you can click here for the latest overview and a detailed breakdown of our results with the ability to compare our results with other practices.
In-house Patient Survey
Each year, our PPG kindly undertakes an additional local survey with patients in our waiting room and we are grateful for their support in collecting this data.
Friends and Family Test (FFT)
After every appointment, we invite patients to let us know your thoughts on the services we provide. We send a text message to every patient where we have a mobile number, and provide a box and feedback forms in Reception for those who don’t have a mobile. Each month, we review those results internally and every 6 months we produce a report that we share with the PPG. If you would like to submit a response to this question and provide some feedback, please click here.
