We're improving how we communicate with our patients. Please tell us if you need information in a different format or communication support, we are able to provide:
- Braille
- Large print or easy read
- British Sign Language interpreter or advocate
- Use of a hearing aid or other communication tool

Following patient feedback regarding our telephone system, in February 2017, we increased the number of phone lines in to the practice and introduced a queueing system. During periods of very high demand, patients may still hear an engaged tone. However, please be assured that answering the telephones is always our main priority.
