We are closed:

• Each weekday evening,
• Overnight Mondays-Fridays
• All day and night on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.

You should call the GP Out of Hours Service when:

• We are closed (see above) and
• You have an URGENT health care problem and
• You feel your problem cannot safely wait until the next routine surgery

Children

You should seek advice or treatment without delay for anything other than minor illnesses, cuts or grazes.

If you ring the GP Out of Hours service when the GP practice is closed, you will ALWAYS be offered a face-to-face appointment if your child is under 12.

If your child is 12 years or over, the Out of Hours service will assess their symptoms over the telephone and offer an appointment, if that is what they need.
