duty doctor. Please restrict these calls to genuine emergency problems.

patients failed to attend their appointments without cancelling
them.
Please let
us now as soon as you can if you know you will not be able
to attend your appointment; we can then reallocate this appointment
to someone
who needs it. Thankyou.

will not affect access to Community services (for example Health Visitors,
antenatal classes); these will continue as normal.

TRIAGE CLINIC CHANGES
We now offer a new improved triage system called
“THE EXPRESS CLINIC”
This is run by a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner who is able to help with many illnesses such as sore throats, ear ache, chest infections and urine infections.
To be seen in the express clinic please telephone the surgery in the morning or the afternoon that you require the appointment
The Express Clinic will run Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 11.00am&3.30pm – 5.00pm
