Quality Outcomes Framework (QoF) 2005/06

Last year Boughton Health Centre once again scored highly in the national standards league table. These standards are set by the Department of Health nationally and monitored by the Strategic Health Authority and our local Cheshire West Primary Care Trust. The maximum score that can be achieved is 1,050 points. The UK national this year was 949 points. In 2004/05 we achieved 1,029.7 quality points. In 2005/06 we improved that score to 1,040.52.

These quality points measure levels clinical care, organisational development , patient access and waiting times, patient satisfaction levels and overall quality levels within the Practice. The Practice was delighted with this years achievement—but we are always looking to improve!
