Missed Appointments
During DECEMBER 2005, 83 patients
failed to attend their appointments without cancelling them.
Please let
us now as soon as you can if you know you will not be able to attend
your appointment; we can then reallocate this appointment to someone
who needs it. Thankyou.
Staff Training
The surgery will be completely closed(no
reception service or prescription collection) between 1pm & 5pm on
the dates given below. This is for staff education & training.
This
will not affect access to Community services (for example Health Visitors,
antenatal classes); these will continue as normal.

CAR PARK INFORMATION
There is a £1 car parking charge (for 1 hour). Exit tokens can
be purchased at reception after your appointment. Registered disabled
