When the surgery is closed please
dial 01244 343300 to contact DEMS (Deva
Emergency Service) for a duty doctor. Please restrict these
calls to genuine emergency problems.
If at anytime you see a message similar to the image below when logging
on:
The most likely causes are:
Your Practice ID, Access ID or Password were entered incorrectly.
Please attempt to logon again re-typing your details carefully (note
the Practice ID is always 2810 for Boughton Health Centre).
The service is temporarily unavailable.
Between the hours of 11pm & 2am each
night our system undergoes routine nightly maintenance. As a result
you will not
be able
to access the system
during these times (7 days a week).
If this problem persists, you are sure your details
are correct and you are not attempting to book between 11pm
& 2am, then please telephone
the surgery as soon as it is open.
