Automated Patient Check-in (APC):

Any patient who has a routine appointment with a GP or nurse can use our new touch-screen Automated Patient Check-in (APC) system.

The touch-screen APC is located on the wall to your right as you enter the reception area from outside the building.

It's Easy!

Simply press the "Start Here" button on the display screen and follow the steps where you confirm your gender & date of birth. You will then be marked as 'arrived' and you can take your seat in our waiting area.

We are continuously striving to use IT in order to provide a better service to our patients.

Expect further developments in the very near future!

This service will compliment our existing EMIS Access and online repeat prescription service.
