By Bus
Chester City buses operating from the Town Hall bus station also pass by the surgery via the city centre (Frodsham Street & Foregate Street). Look for services 4, 5, 6, 9, 10 and 25.

Car Parking
In June 2003 we introduced a £1 fee for one hour's parking, excluding valid disabled permit holders and those on Income Support. The car park is at the rear of the building. Space is limited (62 spaces) and is provided for the use of our patients, visitors and staff only. Please click here for further information.
Background
Boughton Health Centre is a purpose built NHS GP surgery. The practice moved to its current premises in October 1977 and has seen two major building extensions since.
We are a six partner practice with 7 Nurses and two nursing healthcare assistants tending to the needs of over 11,000 patients.
We offer a comprehensive overseas travel advice and immunisation service. In addition we are a Yellow Fever Centre and can offer this immunisation on the premises.
Our clinical computer system is EMIS LV (EMISWeb from July 2012).
Also accommodated on site are members of the Cheshire Community Health Team (consisting of health visitors and district nurses) a chiropodist. A pharmacy also adjoins the practice.

The surgery opens at 8.00am Monday to Friday and patients are seen largely by appointment. The telephone is often busy early in the morning, therefore if your call is routine, please ring later in the day.
